Position Overview

ProGres Construction is currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and preparing materials.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, plumbers, and electricians as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe job site.
• Perform other general labor tasks as required by the project supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a similar labor-intensive role is an asset but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Westman region.
